How It Works (at a glance)

Create or fill an offer (buy/sell). Sellers post terms and deposit collateral; buyers who fill deposit funds into the escrow. Funds stay locked until settlement.

Auto-settlement at TGE: when the project lists (CEX/DEX), a settlement window opens (currently 4 hours per docs). On settlement, the contract releases buyer payment to the seller and returns both parties’ collateral.

Failure to settle: if a seller doesn’t settle in time, their collateral is forfeited to the buyer (contract-enforced).

Position resale: buyers may relist and resell pre-TGE positions; the new buyer’s payment goes to the original buyer, and collateral transfers to the new buyer as security.
Order styles include Single Fill (must be filled by one taker) and Partial Fill (multiple contributors).

Fees (summary)

Settlement fee: charged on the settlement amount when closing a buy order; deducted automatically by the contract.

Resale fee: if a buyer resells a position before TGE, a 5% fee applies to the resale order. Example in docs: original buyer & final seller each pay 2.5% at settlement on the original notional. Always check the live fee table.
